What is the Purpose of the How-to Creole
Founded by Juderson Jean-Baptiste in April, 2014, the purpose of this project is to help native English speakers learn Haitian Creole. We want everyone who is willing to learn Creole to have this opportunity. To achieve this, we work hard to carefully design lessons that cover key features of Haitian Creole such as communication, grammar, culture and so on.
The lessons are carefully crafted in a way that is simple, comprehensive and appealing to look at. Therefore, each lesson will greatly help you if you are learning Creole. Indeed, if you intend to use this site to learn Creole, you will not be disappointed!
It takes great effort, time, planning and insight to write these lessons. What is more, every single lesson is original content. You can use our lessons as a resource if you would like to do something similar. But, you must not copy word for word our lessons and images.
You are free to use our images in any way for personal use and to share with friends. But, you cannot republish them as your own work. For example, if you decide to use our images while teaching others Haitian Creole, you must give credit back to How-to Creole. If you are doing so online, you must also include link back to the original lesson the image came from.
