Consider These Examples


1. Mwen travay nan maten → I work in the morning

2. Mwen manje a midi → I eat at noon


3. Mwen fini nan aprèmidi → I am done in the afternoon

4. Mwen dòmi aswè → I sleep in the night



grade Saying Midday and Midnight in Haitian Creole 

The Creole word for midday is midi and for midnight is minui.

Now, when you are referring to midday or midnight, it is best to use the preposition a, which means at.

This is because those words are used for telling time from the clock
